Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every purchase made through this website. Please read them before ordering — placing an order confirms that you accept them.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You may order from any country we ship to, using a valid payment card issued in your name.

Prices and currency

All prices are displayed and charged in Israeli New Shekels (ILS / ₪). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank or card issuer converts the amount at their own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when the order is confirmed, not when the item was added to the cart. We may change prices at any time; changes never affect orders already confirmed.

Placing an order

After checkout you will receive an order confirmation by email, usually within 48 hours. That confirmation forms the contract between us. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Please check that your delivery address, phone number and email are correct. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it.

Shipping

We ship worldwide, and shipping is free on every order.

Orders are dispatched directly from our suppliers. Delivery normally takes up to 14 business days from dispatch, and up to 35 business days in the rare cases where a parcel is delayed in transit or at customs. If your order has not arrived within 35 business days, contact us and we will give you the choice of a full refund or a replacement.

If you order more than one item, the items may arrive in separate parcels. Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays and holiday eves.

Customs duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside Israel may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs rules vary widely between countries — please check with your local customs office if you are unsure what applies to you.

If a parcel is refused at customs or returned because duties were not paid, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it has not been worn or used and the original tags are still attached. Returning an item in its original packaging is the clearest evidence that it has not been used.

Shirts with name and number printing are made to order and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

To start a return, contact us first so we can confirm the correct return address. Return shipping is at your expense and must be sent with tracking. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of the item reaching us and passing inspection.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 5 business days of delivery and include photographs showing the problem. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including any return shipping we ask you to pay. Damage caused by use is not covered.

Cancelling an order

Cancel before the item has been dispatched and you receive a full refund. If it has already been dispatched, wait until it arrives and then follow the returns process above.

Tracking numbers are sometimes issued before a parcel physically moves, so a tracking number that has not updated does not necessarily mean the item has not shipped.

Product information

Product photographs are for illustration. Colours can look different on different screens, and small variations between the photograph and the item are possible.

We are not the manufacturer of the products sold here. Product details come from our suppliers and, while we work to keep them accurate, packaging and specifications can change.

Sizes are standard international sizes. If you are between two sizes, we recommend taking the larger one.

Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, strikes, carrier disruption, customs delays or technical failures.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence. Where those rights conflict with these terms, those rights prevail.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, design, logos and layout — belongs to Sport Spot and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.

Privacy

We collect only the details needed to process and deliver your order, and share them with our suppliers and shipping partners for that purpose alone. We do not store card numbers. Placing an order subscribes you to order-status emails; marketing emails can be unsubscribed from at any time using the link in each message.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction — without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
